In each jar add:

  • 1/2c old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2c milk of choice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4c frozen or fresh fruit
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp nut butter

Stir and leave in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
