In each jar add:
- 1/2c old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2c milk of choice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1/4c frozen or fresh fruit
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp nut butter
